SALES MANAGER

Job Description & Responsibilities

Role Overview

Responsible for leading the Sales Department and driving business growth in commercial interior design, turnkey fit-out projects, while achieving the company's sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the Sales Team to achieve monthly sales targets and successfully close sales.

2. Manage leads through proper allocation, follow-up, pipeline management, and conversion.

3. Generate and manage recent business leads through the Internal Digital Marketing Team, Growthfather External Team, networking, referrals, architects, consultants, channel partners, existing clients, and business development activities.

4. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client database.

5. Drive sales for interior design, turnkey fit-out, office, and commercial Projects.

6. Conduct client meetings, site visits, requirement discussions, and presentations.

7. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior, fit-out and workplace solutions.

8. Coordinate with Design Head for proposals, presentations, quotations, and scope documents.

Address client concerns, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close deals while maintaining company profitability.

10. Ensure timely project approvals, onboarding, and handover from Sales to the DesignTeam.

11. Build, train, motivate, and develop the Sales Team to improve performance and achieve targets.

12. Maintain strong client relationships, repeat business, and referrals.

13. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing strategies.

14. Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline progress, and recommend improvements.

15. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance records.

16. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

17. Travel to different locations as required for client meetings, site visits, and business requirements.

Qualification:BBA/MBA in Sales and Marketing or related filed

Experience:4-6 Years

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
