- Handle customer inquiries regarding steel pipes, fittings, sizes, grades, and availability.
- Maintain good relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and industrial clients.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and follow up for purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch departments for timely delivery of materials.
- Resolve customer complaints related to quality, quantity, transportation, or delivery delays.
- Maintain customer records, order history, payment status, and communication details.
- Follow up for pending payments and coordinate with the accounts department.
- Inform customers about new products, price updates, stock availability, and company offers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable steel pipes according to project requirements.




- Coordinate with transporters and warehouse staff for smooth dispatch operations.
- Prepare daily sales reports, customer feedback reports, and order status reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
- Attend client meetings, phone calls, and email communications professionally.
- Support the marketing and sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of orders, delivery challans, invoices, and customer correspondence.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
