- Handle day-to-day office administration activities
- Maintain property records, client databases, and documents
- Coordinate with property buyers, sellers, brokers, and site teams
- Attend incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments
- Prepare reports, agreements, invoices, and office documents
- Maintain office files and data in an organized manner
- Support marketing and social media posting activities
- Follow up with clients for payments and documentation
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
- Assist management in daily operational work

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Qualification
- Graduate in any stream preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of office administration experience
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
