Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Public Speaking Trainer to conduct engaging online classes for children aged 5 to 18 years. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, have excellent communication skills, and be able to create an interactive and encouraging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online Public Speaking classes for students.
- Teach communication skills, speech delivery, confidence building, storytelling, debate, presentation skills, and stage presence.
- Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans based on the curriculum.
- Encourage active participation and build students' confidence.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.
- Assign practice activities and review student performance.
- Maintain class discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team regarding schedules and student updates.
- Attend trainer meetings and training sessions whenever required.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).




- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching Public Speaking, Communication Skills, Personality Development, Debate, Theatre, or related subjects.
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable teaching children in an online environment.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or similar online teaching platforms.
- Reliable laptop/desktop, webcam, headset, and stable internet connection.

- Ability to make learning engaging and interactive.
- Experience teaching children from different age groups.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Creative teaching methods and activity-based learning approach.
- Punctual, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality sessions.

Working Schedule

- Flexible working hours.
- Trainers are assigned classes based on student enrollments and availability.
- Evening and weekend availability will be preferred.

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed during the interview and will depend on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and the number of classes assigned.
