About the Organization

Goraksh Shaktidham Sevarth Foundation (GSS Foundation) is a registered non-profit organization working in education, skill development, women empowerment, healthcare awareness, environmental initiatives, and rural development. The Foundation also operates coaching and educational programs through GSS Learn Hub.

We are looking for a confident, professional, and responsible Counselor Cum Telecaller to support both our NGO activities and coaching classes. The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, admissions, telecalling, follow-ups, and coordination related to educational programs, while also supporting general communication and administrative activities of the Foundation.

Job Summary

The Counselor Cum Telecaller will interact with students, parents, donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders as required. The role involves handling student inquiries, explaining courses, generating admissions, conducting follow-ups, maintaining records, and supporting NGO-related communication and activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to coaching classes and NGO programs.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, classes, fees, admission procedures, and career-related programs.
- Explain GSS Learn Hub courses, programs, offers, demo classes, and admission processes.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-up.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, admissions, and inquiries.
- Handle walk-in students and parents professionally.
- Coordinate demo classes, counseling sessions, seminars, workshops, and educational events.
- Support NGO activities, awareness programs, campaigns, and community initiatives.
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, volunteers, donors, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing basic reports, documents, presentations, and correspondence.




- Coordinate with academic, administrative, and NGO teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain daily and weekly reports of telecalling, counseling, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Support management in assigned administrative and coordination tasks.
- Participate in promotional and admission campaigns conducted by the Foundation and GSS Learn Hub.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities related to NGO and coaching operations.
- Professional attitude, patience, and willingness to work with students and the public.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA, PGDM, Marketing, Education, or related qualification will be an added advantage.
- 0–3 years of experience in counseling, telecalling, admissions, sales, education, customer service, NGO, or administrative work is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills and confidence are encouraged to apply.

Job Details

- Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
- Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Salary: As per qualifications and experience
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be provided for admissions and lead conversions.
