- Good knowledge of VoIP and SIP.
- Good knowledge of Linux OS (CentOS/Redhat).
- Working knowledge in any open-source VoIP solutions like Freeswitch, Asterisk, OpenSIPS, and Kamailio.
- Good experience in troubleshooting issues using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.
- Good knowledge of tools like Sipp, fail2ban & IPtables.
- Should have a proper understanding of Networking concepts
- Should have positive troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of Mysql Database.
- Experience & knowledge of Database Replication & Heartbeat configuration will add an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills & Problem-solving attitude
- Good experience in Client Support
- Able to add Shift
