- Identify and generate current business opportunities through calls, emails, and field visits
- Pitch company products/services to prospective clients and close sales
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
