Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in translation and/or proofreading
- Excellent command of Urdu and English
- Experience in translation, localization, transcreation, and proofreading assignments
- Strong linguistic accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Availability to support time-sensitive assignments when required

Please Note: This opportunity is intended for experienced language professionals and is not suitable for freshers.

Engagement Type

Freelance / Project-Based

Assignments will be allocated according to project requirements, language demand,



and resource availability. Project timelines will be communicated in advance, although flexibility for urgent assignments is highly appreciated.

Compensation

Translation Rate: ₹0.60 – ₹0.70 per word

Final compensation will be determined after evaluating the candidate's experience, language proficiency, subject-matter expertise, and overall assessment performance.

Evaluation Process

As part of our onboarding process, shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a translation assessment relevant to the project domain.

- The assessment is conducted purely for evaluation purposes and is unpaid.
- Candidates must submit the completed sample within the specified timeline.
- Submissions will be reviewed by our language specialists and quality team.
- Successful candidates will be added to our freelance resource pool and contacted for suitable project opportunities.
