Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), BBA, Finance, or an IT/Computer discipline.
- Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting concepts, ledger management, and financial workflows.
- Software Aptitude: Quick learner ready to master the Maxus Accounting platform during the onboarding window.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively train clients and resolve technical grievances.
- Mobility: Ready and willing to travel locally across Pune for client-facing engagements.

Training & Onboarding Program

- Fast-Track (1 Week): Designed for candidates with prior exposure or high proficiency in Maxus Accounting.
- Comprehensive (Up to 1 Month): Full training covering core configuration, database handling,



and troubleshooting for those current to the ecosystem.
- Client Onboarding: Conduct user training sessions to help client accounting teams adopt the software seamlessly.
- Technical Support: Deliver end-to-end functional and troubleshooting support to clients in Pune.
- On-Site Visits: Travel to Pune client locations whenever required for direct troubleshooting, upgrades, or hands-on assistance.
- Data Migration: Assist clients in migrating legacy financial records and opening balances into the Maxus system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
