We are seeking an experienced AGM – Civil to provide strategic leadership for multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of construction projects from planning to completion and handover.
- Directly report to the DGM.
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and performance objectives.
- Monitor time, cost, quality, safety, productivity, and overall project performance against approved targets.
- Lead and mentor Engineers, subcontractors, and site teams, ensuring accountability and high performance.
- Manage project costs, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, billing, variations, claims, and commercial risks.
- Drive cost optimization, resource efficiency, productivity improvement, and value engineering initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Lead project review meetings and resolve critical technical, contractual, commercial, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, contracts,



and statutory regulations.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Accounts, Finance, and other departments for seamless project execution.
- Provide MIS and executive-level project reports to senior management covering progress, cost, risks, resources, quality, and safety.
- Drive continuous improvement, strong project governance, and a high-performance, safety-first culture across all projects.

Desired Profile

- Experience: 10+ years in construction/project management,e handling multiple projects.
- Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Strong experience in project execution, planning, contracts, commercial management, billing, procurement, and cost control.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects.
- Robust commercial acumen, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay 10LPA (Negotiable)

Pay: ₹83,000.00 per month
