Roles and Responsibilities : –
- Outbound Tele calling.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about services.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Graduates, along with excellent communications skills, sales, and aggressive approach to get achieve the assigned task, Pleasant and go-getter person ready to take on challenges.
