We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive sales and build solid relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors and premium real-estate clients.

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Pune

Industry: Marble / Natural Stone / Building Materials

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and leads
- Develop relationships with architects, designers & developers
- Drive sales of premium imported marble and natural stone
- Manage key accounts and project enquiries
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Track market trends, competitors and upcoming projects

Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience
- Strong network in Pune’s real estate, architecture and interior design market
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Result-oriented with strong business development capabilities
