Job Description
To develop, coordinate, and deliver Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE) training programs for employees, workmen, subcontractors, and visitors, ensuring compliance with company HSE standards, client requirements, and statutory regulations while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Conduct HSE induction programs for new employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Deliver safety training sessions on topics such as:
- Work at Height
- Confined Space Entry
- Lifting & Rigging
- Hot Work Safety
- Electrical Safety
- Permit to Work (PTW)
- Fire Prevention & Emergency Response
- Incident Reporting & Investigation
- Defensive Driving
- PPE Usage and Awareness
- Identify training needs through site inspections, audits, and incident analysis.
- Develop and update HSE training materials, presentations, handouts, videos, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, examinations, and field observations.
