JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Shift In-Charge
Location: Satgaon Plant
Shift: Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute production activities as per the daily production plan.
- Monitor the performance of production machinery and equipment.
- Ensure production is carried out as per approved SOPs and quality standards.Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Supervise operators, helpers, and other production staff during the shift.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, performance, and productivity of shift employees.
- Coordinate with the Quality/QA team for in-process and finished product checks.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality-related issues and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety rules and company policies.
- Maintain good housekeeping and workplace hygiene.




- Ensure compliance with FMCG hygiene and food-safety requirements, wherever applicable.
- Ensure availability of required raw materials and packaging materials.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Polytechnique or related field.
- Relevant technical qualification may be considered based on experience.
- Experience
- Min 3 years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in the FMCG industry
