About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Interior Sales & Business Development Executive for our client in Jalgaon.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business by visiting builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, construction sites, interior projects and commercial/residential projects across Jalgaon.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the interior products market and should be confident in meeting new clients, generating leads, explaining products and converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly visit builders, architects, interior designers, contractors and construction sites in Jalgaon.
- Visit ongoing residential and commercial interior projects to identify business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with interior designers, architects, builders and contractors.
- Promote and generate orders for interior-related products such as:
- Interior furniture & sofa
- Lighting products
- Curtains & blinds
- Decorative products
- Other home & commercial interior products
- Visit interior showrooms and understand market demand, pricing and product trends.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references and market networking.
- Meet clients and understand their project requirements.
- Explain suitable products, pricing and offers to customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients until order confirmation.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Track competitors,



market prices and new projects in the Jalgaon market.
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and order-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Interior Sales / Building Material Sales / Furniture Sales / Lighting Sales / Curtain Sales / Home Décor Sales / B2B Field Sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the interior and construction market will be an advantage.
- Existing contacts with builders, architects, interior designers and contractors will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good convincing and sales-closing ability.
- Should be comfortable with extensive field work and daily client visits.
- Should have valuable knowledge of the Jalgaon local market.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and quotation preparation.
- Should be target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
