The Girls Hostel Warden will be responsible for the overall administration, safety, discipline, and welfare of students residing in the girls' hostel. The Warden will ensure a secure, clean, and student-friendly living setting while maintaining hostel rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the girls' hostel.
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all hostel residents.
- Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
- Monitor student attendance, entry/exit registers, and visitor records.
- Address students' concerns and provide guidance whenever required.
- Conduct regular inspections of hostel rooms and common areas.
- Handle emergencies and report incidents to the management promptly.
- Organize hostel meetings and communicate important notices to students.
- Maintain hostel records, inventory,
and occupancy details.
Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience as a Hostel Warden.
- Experience in educational institutions is preferred.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle students with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively during emergencies.
Languages Preferred: Tamil, English, and Telugu ( Added advantage)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
