Job Purpose

We are seeking a high-caliber Product Lead who seamlessly bridges the gap between Product Management and Solution Architecture. In this role, you will write the complete specification, own the technical architecture, and manage the build team to ship production-grade Conversational AI and CX products.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Artifact Ownership: Write complete problem statements, scope sheets, feature lists, conversation flows, and success metrics from stage G0 to G3.
- Technical Architecture & Contracts: Own the solution architecture, integration contracts, and technical estimates. Drive and secure counterparty sign-offs on all integration contracts.
- Build Team Management: Run day-to-day agile sprints for a team of engineers and designers; hold scope strictly against mid-sprint commercial change requests.
- Governance & Delivery: Present the Dev Pack at stage G3 and the operational ramp plan at stage G5. Maintain strict quality and delivery gates.

Desired Candidate ProfileMust-Have Requirements:

- Shipped Products:



Successfully shipped at least 2 products end-to-end against written specifications into production with real users.
- Technical PRDs: Proven track record writing PRDs, API integration specs, scope documents, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams executed directly.
- Architectural Ownership: Hands-on ability to argue and defend integration designs, API protocols, and platform architecture with senior tech teams.
- Domain Experience: Experience building Conversational AI, Voicebots, or ML-driven products where accuracy and performance were measured contractually.
- People & Scope Management: Prior experience managing engineers directly and a demonstrated ability to push back against commercial scope creep.

Strongly Preferred:

- Background in Conversational AI, CX SaaS, Contact Center technology, or Voice platforms.
- BFSI domain exposure with familiarity in regulatory/compliance requirements for customer communication.
- Experience deploying Indian-language or code-mixed speech models.

Who Should NOT Apply:

- BPO Delivery Managers or Transition Managers.
- Pure PMO / Project Managers who have not owned architecture or written technical specs.
- Pure Engineers without PRD-writing or stakeholder management experience.
- Strategy Consultants without shipped production products.
