Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable **Fashion Designing Faculty** to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training in fashion designing and helping students develop industry-relevant skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct engaging **theory and practical classes** in Fashion Designing. * Teach topics such as **fashion illustration, garment construction, pattern making, textiles, sewing, fashion styling and design fundamentals**. * Provide hands-on training and guide students through practical projects. * Develop lesson plans, assignments, practical activities and assessments. * Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback. * Encourage creativity, innovation and professional design practices.
* Maintain academic records and support departmental activities. * Stay updated with current **fashion trends, techniques and industry practices**.
Qualification
* **Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Fashion Designing/Fashion Technology, Apparel Design or a related field.**
* Candidates with relevant industry experience will be preferred. * **Freshers with strong subject knowledge and communication skills can also apply.**
Skills Required
* Good communication and teaching skills. * Strong knowledge of fashion designing and garment-related practical work. * Ability to handle students and conduct practical sessions. * Creative approach and passion for teaching. * Basic computer knowledge is an advantage. **Immediate joiners are highly preferred.**
