Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop long-term customer relationships, and achieve sales targets for our industrial sheet metal fabrication and electrical enclosure products. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical sales knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in B2B industrial sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

- Identify and develop new customers across industrial sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Build relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, system integrators, consultants, and electrical panel manufacturers.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve business growth.

Sales & Customer Management

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and factory visits.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Market Development

- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.




- Identify new application areas for fabricated metal products and electrical enclosures.
- Participate in trade fairs, industrial exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
- Develop sales strategies for domestic and export markets.

Order Execution Support

- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns related to quality, delivery, and technical requirements.

CRM & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Maintain customer databases and forecasting reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Diploma holders with relevant industrial sales experience may also apply.

Experience

- 2–5 years in B2B industrial sales (preferred).
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication, electrical products, switchgear, industrial equipment, steel products, automation, or engineering products is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and communication skills may be considered for trainee roles.
