We are looking for a passionate and experienced Dance Facilitator to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate dance and movement programmes for Early Years and Primary learners. The ideal candidate should have solid practical dance skills, good classroom management, and the ability to make dance accessible and enjoyable for children of different abilities and confidence levels.

The role involves teaching rhythm, coordination, movement, expression, creativity, teamwork, and performance skills through structured activities, creative movement, music, storytelling, and choreography. The facilitator will also choreograph learners for school assemblies, celebrations, annual programmes, and other performances while ensuring regular dance learning remains the priority.
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver structured dance and movement sessions.
- Conduct age-appropriate activities for Early Years and Primary learners.
- Develop learners’ rhythm, coordination, balance, posture, expression, creativity, and confidence.
- Create age-appropriate choreography and break movements into simple,



teachable steps.
- Encourage inclusive participation and adapt activities to individual learning needs.
- Prepare students for school events, assemblies, celebrations, and performances.
- Follow safe movement practices, including appropriate warm-ups, stretching, and cool-downs.
- Observe and assess learners’ progress in dance and movement skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, Music, PE, and other facilitators where required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma/certification in Dance, Performing Arts, Dance Education, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience teaching dance to children, preferably across Early Years and Primary.
- Experience in choreography and preparing students for school performances.
- Knowledge of multiple dance styles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
