Job Summary

George Projects Windows & Doors is looking for an experienced StoreKeeper to oversee our store operations, inventory management, and material handling. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient stock control, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments to support uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate stock records using ERP software and MS Excel.
- Coordinate material issuance to production and project sites.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.
- Prevent inventory loss, material wastage, and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.




- Minimum 2 years of experience in Store Management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software, Tally knowledge.
- Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in construction materials, UPVC windows & doors, or manufacturing will be an added advantage.
