About the Role

Dr. Joshi’s Holistic Healthcare & Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand our healthcare services across B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities

- - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- - Generate, qualify, and convert business leads into long-term clients.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporates, and other healthcare partners.
- - Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets.
- - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
- - Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast sales trends.
- - Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- - Maintain customer data, sales pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM.
- - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.
- - Attend exhibitions, healthcare events, seminars,



and networking programs to promote the organization's services.
- - Travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.

Preferred Candidate

- 3–7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Healthcare Sales.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Healthcare industry experience preferred.

- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- MBA is an added advantage.
