Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and warehouse activities at our Electric Scooty Assembly Plant. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, checking, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate inventory records of components, spare parts, batteries, consumables, packaging materials, and finished goods.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of inventory management, stock records, GRN, material issue/receipt, physical stock verification, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming materials, components, spare parts, batteries, and consumables.
- Check quantity and basic condition of materials against Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and delivery challans.
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and other store documents.
- Properly identify, label, and store materials according to their category and location.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Issue materials to the production/assembly line against authorized Material Requisition/Issue Slips.
- Maintain records of inward, outward, transfer, and return materials.




- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting.
- Investigate and report stock shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies.
- Maintain proper storage and identification of EV batteries, electrical components, mechanical parts, and consumables.
- Maintain proper records of battery batch/serial numbers, inward date, issue date, and warranty/expiry information, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in automobile, EV, battery, automotive components, manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly industries will be preferred.
