We are hiring for Head - MIS for a Real Estate Industry

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced MIS Head to lead the Management Information System function and drive data-driven reporting and business analysis. The role will be responsible for developing Power BI dashboards, MIS reports, data analysis, automation, and performance tracking to support management decision-making. Candidates with experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

# Lead and manage the MIS and Business Intelligence function, ensuring accurate, timely, and meaningful business reporting.

# Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for management and various business functions.

# Prepare and publish daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic MIS reports covering sales, revenue, collections, projects, operations, and overall business performance.

# Analyze business data to identify trends, variances, gaps, opportunities, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

# Manage and analyze large datasets using advanced MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, formulas, charts, dashboards, and data validation.

# Automate repetitive reports and MIS processes to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.

# Coordinate with Sales, Finance, CRM,



Projects, Operations, and Management teams to collect, consolidate, and validate data.

# Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and reconciliation across different reports, systems, and business functions.

# Develop performance dashboards to monitor sales targets, lead conversion, bookings, collections, revenue, project performance, and team productivity.

# Generate analytical reports and provide actionable business insights to senior management for planning, forecasting, and decision-making.

# Establish standardized MIS formats, reporting processes, and data governance practices across the organization.

# Continuously improve reporting systems by identifying opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and better data visualization.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Candidates with MIS / Business Intelligence experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.

Experience in real estate sales, CRM, project MIS, collections, customer data, or management reporting will be an added advantage.
