Age Preference: 23–30 years

What You'll Do

- Connect with leads who have already enquired through our website and social media platforms.
- Understand travellers' requirements and recommend the right travel package.
- Explain itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, and trip details with confidence.
- Qualify leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Build trust through timely follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with booking confirmations and payment collection.
- Generate and share invoices for confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain CRM and customer records.
- Continuously learn about destinations, travel products, and sales techniques.

Skills We're Looking For

- Excellent communication skills on phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Good follow-up discipline and relationship-building ability.




- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- A genuine passion for travelling and exploring new destinations.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
