- HVAC systems, utilities and firefighting systems design
- Accountability for reliability and flexibility of proposed solution with respect of cost and timing for of project execution.
- Follow-up of HVAC/Utilities Contractors and potential support to construction activities
- Leading technical internal and client coordination meetings
- The Senior Engineer will manage, lead and motivate interdisciplinary project teams by means of technical competence, interpersonal sensitivity and conflict management skills.
- You will directly manage smaller facility and equipment related projects and act as technical engineering lead on complex systems and equipment projects.
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineer for both Pharmaceutical and Buildings projects

Requirements:

- Degree in mechanical engineering, with specialization in energy / thermodynamics or degree in civil engineering with specialization in building utilities systems.
- 10 years of experience in a design role on medium to large industrial projects,



preferably with knowledge of pharmaceutical systems plants
- Experienced of projects for air conditioning systems, utilities generation and distribution systems in industrial facilities and civil buildings
- Experienced in supervising technical teams providing technical support and monitoring the quality of outputs
- Experiences coordinating international design teams
- Knowledge of design technical issues related to the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
- National and international standard technical codes (ASHRAE, Energy and Sustainability codes, ISO standards related to the technical sector, GMP, NFPA, FMG)
- Design software for Heating and Cooling loads calculation, Energy Modelling, CFD Analysis, AutoCAD, BIM 3D modelling with Autodesk Revit
- English and Italian language skills required
