We are seeking Software Support - Trainee to provide technical support and maintenance for our dialer systems with Linux & SQL technology.

Candidates with knowledge in both SQL & Linux will only get shortlisted for interview rounds.

Location: 1/1 BA, 3rd Floor,
Mohammadpur, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi – 110 066,

Responsibilities include:
- Installing and configuring dialer systems, ensuring their optimal performance and functionality
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to dialer systems, including Asterisk and database errors
- Performing system maintenance and updates to ensure their smooth operation and optimal performance
- Providing technical support to clients and end-users, resolving their queries and issues related to dialer systems

Requirements:

- Experience 0-6months




- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

- Knowledge in Linux installation and basic commands(Mandatory)

- Knowledge in Database(SQL, MySQL), queries, installation(Mandatory)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Freshers can apply

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
