Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily warehouse operations and stock handling.
- Assist customers visiting the shop with product enquiries and billing support.
- Coordinate with the billing team and warehouse staff for smooth order processing.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock verification whenever required.
- Learn and adapt to digital systems introduced for order management and business operations.
- Perform other operational tasks assigned by the management.
