Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to manage final quality, production, packing and deburring operations, ensuring smooth production flow, quality standards, productivity and timely dispatch of finished components.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production and shop-floor activities.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively.
- Conduct final quality inspection of finished components.
- Ensure products meet customer quality requirements and specifications.
- Supervise deburring, finishing and rework activities.
- Manage packing operations and ensure proper labeling and identification.
- Ensure timely completion of production and dispatch activities.
- Monitor productivity, rejection and rework.




- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain 5S, safety and discipline on the shop floor.
- Prepare daily production and quality reports.
- Identify production/quality issues and take corrective action.
- Train and guide team members for better performance.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of production and final quality processes.
- Experience in deburring, packing and finished-component handling.
- Good manpower and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of 5S, safety and quality standards.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Working Hours

- Male: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Female: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Interview: Thursday to Tuesday | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
