We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls, following up with leads, explaining our courses, and supporting daily sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective customers.
- Explain our courses and services clearly.
- Convert inquiries into admissions/sales.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Coordinate with the team and achieve monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer support.
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and Tamil is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Sales or telecalling experience is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
