We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Sales Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting products according to their needs.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and availability.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of products.
- Manage billing, orders, and basic sales-related activities.
- Keep track of stock and inform the concerned person when items need to be replenished.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales or retail will be an advantage, but freshers may also apply.
