Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally.
- Make calls and follow up with interested students.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
- Guide and motivate students to complete the admission process.
- Handle walk-in students and phone enquiries.
- Maintain student records and follow-up details.
- Achieve daily calling and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with the admission team for a smooth admission process.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive command of Hindi and English.
- Confident, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
