About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of branding and visual communication, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on project requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and other teams to understand design requirements.
- Design promotional materials such as banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and digital ads.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Prepare final artwork in appropriate formats for digital and print use.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.




- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and translate concepts into effective designs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing for social media and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other modern design tools.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
