* Manage projects related to *plastic injection moulds, precision components, and tool room activities*.

* Coordinate with customers, design, tool room, production, quality, and suppliers.

* Review customer drawings, 2D/3D models, specifications, and technical requirements.

* Coordinate mould design, precision machining, manufacturing, assembly, trials, and modifications.

* Plan and monitor project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.

* Coordinate mould trials and ensure timely correction of trial issues.

* Monitor manufacturing of *high-precision mould components and tooling parts* as per drawing and tolerance requirements.

* Coordinate with CNC, VMC, EDM, Wire EDM, grinding, and other precision machining processes.

* Ensure project quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved.

* Prepare project progress reports and maintain technical documentation.





* Support customer development projects from initial design through final approval and production handover.

Required Skills:*

* Good knowledge of *plastic injection moulds and precision components*.

* Knowledge of CNC/VMC, EDM, Wire EDM, grinding, and precision machining.

* Ability to read and interpret *2D/3D drawings, GD&T;, and dimensional tolerances*.

* Knowledge of mould components, tool steels, and mould manufacturing processes.

* Positive project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Knowledge of *NX/UG, Creo, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software* is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
