We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurses to join our growing home healthcare team and provide safe, quality nursing care to patients at home.

Position: Home Care Nurse / Staff Nurse

Eligible candidates:

- ANM – Auxiliary Nurse Midwife
- GNM – General Nursing and Midwifery
- B.Sc Nursing
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Experienced nurses are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

- Provide qualified nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with wound care, dressing and basic clinical procedures.
- Provide care for elderly, post-operative and chronically ill patients.
- Support patients with activities of daily living when required.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Follow infection prevention and control practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families and the healthcare team.
- Identify changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain patient dignity,



privacy, safety and confidentiality.
- Follow Home Medics' clinical protocols, policies and professional standards.
