We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Project Manager to oversee the complete execution of interior projects from site mobilization through handover. The ideal candidate will have strong site management, project coordination, technical, vendor management, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day interior site activities and project execution.
- Plan and coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Review and interpret architectural, interior, MEP, civil, and shop drawings.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Manage subcontractors and site teams, including allocation of work and monitoring productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues, delays, and quality concerns.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Verify measurements, quantities, material specifications, and completed work.
- Monitor project costs and minimize material wastage and unnecessary expenses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Conduct site meetings and maintain proper documentation of project activities.
- Coordinate MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, furniture, and other interior works.
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination between different trades.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.




- Ensure compliance with site safety rules, statutory requirements, and company procedures.
- Manage snagging, rectification, final inspection, and project handover.
- Maintain positive client relationships and provide regular project updates.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and construction processes.
- Excellent site planning and project management skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical and shop drawings.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, construction methods, and MEP coordination.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good negotiation and vendor/subcontractor management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, or other project-management tools is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet tight project deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant project/site management experience will be given preference.

Pay: ₹622,954.51 - ₹2,144,303.06 per year
