Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Kalinga Vihar, Bhubaneswar
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
Work Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen candidates recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → interviewing → closing).
- Source candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and offers with candidates.
- Coordinate with US clients and account managers to understand hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
