Job Summary

The Process Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in process improvement methodologies, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to establish standardized processes, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure compliance with organizational standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives.

Job Description

· Monitor and manage business processes to ensure operational efficiency.

· Analyze existing workflows and implement process improvements.

· Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.





· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve productivity.

· Track process performance through KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management.

· Identify process gaps, operational risks, and recommend corrective actions.

Job Specification

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

· MBA in Operations or Business Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

· Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities effectively.
