JOB SUMMARY

Rathi Build Mart is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment from manpower requirement to candidate joining, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, documentation, and recruitment MIS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment & Sourcing

· Understand manpower requirements and prepare Job Descriptions.

· Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and consultants.

· Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

· Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

2. Candidate Screening & Interviews

· Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, communication, salary, notice period, and suitability.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with HR, Store Managers, Department Heads, and Management.

· Follow up with candidates and maintain interview feedback and status.

3. Offer & Joining

· Communicate selection, salary, and joining details to candidates.

· Collect and verify required documents.

· Coordinate Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.

· Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

4. Recruitment MIS & Database

· Maintain daily/weekly recruitment MIS covering vacancies, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.





· Maintain an updated candidate database for current and future requirements.

· Submit regular recruitment updates to the HR Manager.

5. Recruitment Process Improvement

· Identify new recruitment sources and build a strong candidate pipeline.

· Work towards reducing recruitment turnaround time and improving hiring effectiveness.

· Support the HR Manager in improving recruitment processes.

KEY SKILLS

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

· Candidate sourcing and screening skills.

· Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and LinkedIn.

· Good negotiation and convincing skills.

· Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work with recruitment targets.

QUALIFICATION

· Any Graduation.

· MBA/PG Diploma in HR.

EXPERIENCE

· 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

· Experience in Retail, Building Materials, Tiles, Bath & Sanitaryware, Interior, Hardware, Plywood, or related industries will be preferred.

· Experience in sales and retail recruitment will be an added advantage.
