- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and requirement specifications.
- Work closely with product, technology, sales, operations, and management teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance reports using Excel and other analytical tools.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle and track requirements, issues, and deliverables.
- Conduct requirement-gathering meetings, discussions, and presentations with stakeholders.
- Support testing and validation of current features, processes, and business solutions.
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, dependencies, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis when required.




- Support management with data-driven insights for business and strategic decision- making.
- Maintain proper documentation of requirements, processes, reports, and project- related information

Mandatory Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in an IT or software development environment.
- Strong verbal and exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex requirements clearly and concisely.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, MS Office Suite, Wireframing/prototyping tools such as Balsamiq and Lucidchart
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and business process modeling.
- Strong requirement-gathering, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Good understanding of software development practices and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
