GHD Infra Developers is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager (Civil) to oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects at the assigned site. The role will be responsible for project planning, site execution, team management, quality control, safety, resource utilization, and timely project completion.
The ideal candidate should have 7-8 years of experience in civil construction, project execution, site management, and coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects at the assigned site.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and other resources.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety practices, approved drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and project specifications and ensure proper execution at site.
- Monitor daily site progress and identify and resolve technical or operational challenges.
- Manage and supervise site engineers, supervisors,



contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other project resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, workmanship, safety, and progress.
- Track project timelines and take corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management.
- Identify potential project risks and execution issues and take appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

Experience: 8–15 Years in civil construction and project execution.

- Excellent project planning, coordination, and monitoring skills.
- Robust understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience in real estate, residential, commercial, or large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
