We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Executive who can take ownership of our social media presence and create engaging, trend-driven content. The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera as the face of the brand and have hands-on experience with Reels and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and act as the face of the brand when required.
- Develop creative and trend-based social media content.
- Handle end-to-end content production, including concept, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, audio, formats, and content styles.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns.
- Monitor content performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Maintain a consistent brand image and communication across social media platforms.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management/content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Good skills in Reels shooting and video editing.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
- Comfortable and confident facing the camera.
- Knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, InShot, or similar editing tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify and quickly adapt to social media trends.
Preferred
Candidates who already create Instagram Reels, have a personal content page, or have experience as a content creator/influencer will be preferred.
Note: This is an Indore-based, on-site, full time opportunity.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
