Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Flutter Mobile App Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance, visually appealing applications for iOS and Android platforms. In this role, you will write clean, productive code using the Dart programming language and the Flutter framework, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver a seamless user experience. - App Development: Architect, build, and deploy robust mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using Google’s Flutter framework. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- UI Implementation: Translate wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and prototypes into responsive, pixel-perfect, and interactive front-end interfaces.
- API Integration: Connect mobile apps to RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and external third-party SDKs or payment gateways. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- State Management: Implement efficient and scalable state management architectures to maintain clean data flows within the application. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve application bottlenecks, memory leaks, and performance lags to ensure a smooth 60fps user experience. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Testing & QA: Write clean, readable, and maintainable code. Conduct unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing to ensure software reliability. [1, 2, 3]
- Store Deployment:



Manage the end-to-end publishing pipeline, code signing, and deployment updates to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Technical Skills

- Frameworks: Deep understanding of the Flutter SDK and the Dart programming language.
- State Management: Hands-on experience with at least one major architecture pattern (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX).
- Database & Storage: Experience handling local storage solutions such as Hive, SQLite, or SharedPreferences, alongside Firebase services (Firestore, Auth, Push Notifications).
- Version Control: Strong proficiency with Git command line workflows, branch management, and pull requests.
- Native Platforms: Basic knowledge of native mobile languages (Kotlin/Java for Android or Swift/Objective-C for iOS) to handle platform-specific configurations or method channels is highly valued. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Soft Skills & Qualification Requirements

- Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with 2+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.
