We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team remotely from India. In this role, you will connect directly with business owners across the United States to pitch contemporary digital solutions that help them establish and enhance their online presence.
If you have exceptional English communication skills, a background in cold outreach, and a drive to close deals, this role offers high earning potential with competitive commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform targeted cold calling and outreach to US-based small to mid-sized businesses.
- Identify businesses needing website creation, upgrades, or modern digital updates.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to business owners and decision-makers.
- Qualify leads, handle objections confidently, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain clear logs of calls, follow-ups, and prospective client details in our tracking system.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written English with an approachable, persuasive tone suited for US clients.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in cold calling, tele-calling, or outbound B2B sales (experience with US clients preferred).
- Skills: Strong objection handling, rapport building, and pitch execution.
- Tech Setup: Quiet working environment, reliable high-speed internet connection, and a noise-canceling headset.
- Mindset: Highly resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Work Environment & Details
- Location: Remote (India)
- Shift: US Night Shift (Full-time / Aligning with US Eastern/Pacific business hours)
- Compensation: Base Pay + Uncapped Performance Commission
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
