Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the US staffing/recruitment industry, excellent sourcing and communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Review and screen resumes based on client requirements and job descriptions.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up throughout the process.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate rates, salaries, and offers with candidates where required.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS/database.
- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, offers, and joining status.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.




- Stay updated on US IT market trends, technologies, job requirements, and hiring practices.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of US IT technologies, job roles, and recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099 hiring models.
- Experience working with US time zones and night shifts.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team workplace.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.

Preferred

- Experience working with US staffing clients and vendors.
- Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
