Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles at the factory gate
- Maintain gate registers/logbooks for visitors, vehicles, and material movement (inward/outward)
- Check and verify gate passes, delivery challans, and material documents before allowing entry/exit
- Conduct regular rounds/patrolling of plant premises, warehouse, and boundary areas
- Ensure no unauthorized entry into restricted/hazardous areas of the plant
- Report any suspicious activity, theft, fire, or safety hazard immediately to the Security In-charge/Management
- Assist in fire safety and emergency response as per plant protocols
- Ensure vehicles are checked as per company norms before entry/exit
- Maintain discipline and orderly conduct at the main gate and premises

Requirements

- Minimum 8th/10th pass




- Prior experience as a Security Guard preferred, especially in a factory/industrial/chemical plant setting
- Physically fit, alert, and disciplined
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night duty
- Basic understanding of safety norms in a hazardous/chemical plant setting is an added advantage
