Admissions Counsellor – Aura Toddlers

About the Role

Aura Toddlers is looking for a warm, confident, and target-oriented Admissions Counsellor to manage parent enquiries, centre visits, follow-ups, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Understand parents’ requirements and explain Aura Toddlers’ programs, curriculum, and offerings.
- Schedule and conduct centre visits and parent interactions.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and admissions records.
- Meet monthly enquiry, conversion, and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and centre teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing parents.
- Support admission campaigns, events, workshops, and open houses.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, conversions, follow-ups, and admissions.




- Ensure a positive and professional parent experience throughout the admission journey.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, customer relationship management, or education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with parents and handling objections.
- Valuable follow-up and lead management skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic CRM tools.
- Experience in preschool, education, childcare, or activity centres will be an advantage.
