- Supervise and monitor all finishing activities at site.
- Ensure proper execution of internal and external finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check workmanship, dimensions, levels, alignment, slopes, and surface quality.
- Coordinate finishing works with structural, MEP, electrical, HVAC, and other services.
- Prepare daily and weekly finishing work plans in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Monitor progress against the approved project schedule.
- Ensure all finishing works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
- Inspect materials before installation and coordinate required approvals.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant experience in industrial, commercial, warehouse, factory, or large-scale building projects.
- Valuable knowledge of architectural finishing works and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
