We are actively hiring “Backoffice Executive”.

Role Objective

To manage day-to-day back-office activities, maintain accurate records, coordinate with field teams, and support smooth operational processes.

Job Details:

Position: Backoffice Executive

Working Days: 6 days a week

Salary: 15-20K /Month

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily records, trackers, and operational data using MS Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.
- Coordinate with field teams for material and operational updates.
- Update inward/outward material records, stock details, and related documentation.
- Verify data, documents, and entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval.




- Support management with reports, data, and other administrative requirements.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Back-office, MIS, or operations support.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Candidates from Nagarbhavi and nearby areas preferred.
- Language Preference: English, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi
