Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end marketing function. The ideal candidate will drive inbound lead generation, strengthen brand presence, and manage high-performing teams across organic and paid marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive inbound leads through SEO, Performance Marketing, Content, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Website Optimization.
- Lead Organic Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content, Design, and Marketing Operations teams.
- Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Track campaign performance, marketing budgets, ROI, and key marketing metrics.




- Build brand visibility, optimize website performance, and mentor the marketing team.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in B2B IT Services/SaaS marketing with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Robust expertise in SEO, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media, and Marketing Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Proven success in inbound lead generation, team leadership, and delivering measurable business growth.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
